House rules
A few pointers for your visit
What is asked of every guest, in the dining room and at the card tables alike.
Before you arrive
What is expected of you
- You are asked to be eighteen or over to be seated in either room, with identification shown if there is any doubt.
- You are asked to keep dinner and the card room as separate bookings, and to let the front desk know which you would like, or both.
- You are asked to arrive close to your booked time, as tables are not held indefinitely on a busy evening.
At the table
Once you are seated
- You are given chips that mark points only and carry no value beyond the table.
- You will not find a poker machine anywhere on the property, and no cash bet is taken.
- You are expected to accept the house dealer's call on a hand as final.
- You are asked to raise any disagreement quietly at the front desk, not at the table itself.
Leaving the table
Before you go
- You are asked to return your chips to the house dealer before leaving a table for the night.
- You are welcome to settle your dinner account separately at the front desk on your way out.
- You are encouraged to leave any feedback on your evening with the front desk before you go.
